1.0 OBJECTIVE:

To describe the good behavioral procedure to be followed while working in manufacturing area.

The Scope of this SOP covers the Good behavioral procedure to be followed by employees while working in manufacturing area of [Company name] Plant.

Department Head – To ensure compliance of this SOP.

4.1 Maintain personnel hygiene by keeping short hairs, cutting nails, taking daily bath

4.2 Remove cosmetics if used before entering to manufacturing area.

4.3 Remove wrist chain, ring, nose ring, neck chain etc. before entering to manufacturing area.

4.4 Do not carry any bag in the manufacturing area.

4.5 Do not carry electronic equipment like, camera, mobile phones (Cell Phones) etc. in the manufacturing area. PHOTOGRAPHY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

4.6 Change your dresses regularly.

4.7 Avoid touching surfaces like wall / windows etc. as far as possible.

4.8 Do not sit on floor after wearing the clean dress.

4.9 Do not take Edibles, chewable, cigarette or any other types of smoking in the plant.

4.10 Minimize movements and talking in the manufacturing area.

4.11 Do not use the material, which has fallen down on the floor.

4.12 Do not keep anything on the floor.

4.13 If you are suffering from infectious disease inform your superior and do not go to Manufacturing area.

4.14 Inform any injury to your immediate superior immediately.
