SOP for Cleaning Procedure for Reverse Laminar Air Flow Unit in Dispensing Area
1.0 OBJECTIVE:
To describe Cleaning Procedure of Reverse Laminar Air Flow Unit (RLAF).
2.0 SCOPE:
This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) covers cleaning procedure of RLAF in dispensing area
3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:
3.1 Store Personnel to follow the SOP
3.2 Store In-charge to ensure compliance
4.0 PROCEDURE:
4.1 Switch off the RLAF and mop the outer surfaces of RLAF with a clean dry mop.
4.2 Mop the outer surfaces with a wet mop and finally with clean dry mop using lint free cloth.
4.3 The Pre-filter and Intermediate filter is cleaned once in a week, as per filter cleaning schedule by maintenance personnel.
4.4 Mop the area and RLAF with a wet mop after re-fitting the cleaned pre-filter and intermediate filter by the maintenance personnel using a lint free cloth.
